Static residential proxies — also called ISP proxies — are dedicated IP addresses registered to real internet service providers and hosted on enterprise hardware. Your IP stays the same for the whole period you rent it, and nobody else uses it. Websites see a legitimate ISP-assigned address, with the same trust level as a home connection. You get the speed and uptime of data center infrastructure.

Plans

You pay per IP for a period of time, not per GB. Every plan includes unlimited bandwidth.
ISP Monthly is our cheapest static plan. It’s United States only, and the IPs come from the RCN ASN. Its proxy lines connect straight to the IP, in the form IP:PORT:USERNAME:PASSWORD — see Connection format. If you need another country, or a specific ASN, choose one of the other plans.

Connection format

Static proxies come in two connection formats, depending on the plan. The dashboard shows the exact line for every IP you own — copy it from there. Static proxies don’t use the package, country, or session parameters. The IP is fixed.

ISP Monthly (United States)

ISP Monthly lines connect straight to the IP. There’s no .static.flameproxies.com hostname:
  • The host is the IP address itself.
  • The port, username, and password are shown next to the IP in the dashboard.

Day, week, and month plans

These lines use a dedicated hostname for each IP:
  • The host is your IP followed by .static.flameproxies.com.
  • The port is 1337.
  • The username is your username followed by a hyphen and the IP.
  • The password is your password.

With either format, the ip in the response should be your dedicated IP, and it stays the same on every request.

Output formats

Static proxy lines support the same four layouts as the rotating gateway. The examples below use a hostname-based line; for ISP Monthly, use the IP, port, username, and password exactly as your dashboard shows them.

When to use static proxies

Static proxies look residential to any website but perform like enterprise infrastructure. Choose them when you need:
  • A consistent identity. Manage accounts on platforms that flag logins from changing IPs.
  • Long sessions. Keep the same IP for days or weeks, not minutes.
  • Maximum throughput. Up to 10 Gbps with unlimited bandwidth, so large transfers don’t run up a per-GB bill.
  • UDP. Gaming, VoIP, DNS, and real-time streaming workloads that need UDP.
If you need a fresh IP for every request, or targeting in many countries and cities, use residential proxies instead.
